By accessing and using HashtagPro (the "Service") operated by RKOAD Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

HashtagPro is an AI-powered hashtag generation tool designed to help users create relevant hashtags for social media content. Our service includes:

• AI-generated hashtag suggestions across multiple categories
• Bulk copying functionality for generated hashtags
• Premium features for subscribers
• Email-based user accounts and authentication
• Usage analytics and performance tracking

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide a valid email address to access our service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
• Each user may maintain only one active account
• You must provide accurate and truthful information

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Do not share your account with others

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Service Plans

• Free Plan: Limited hashtag generation and copying with usage restrictions
• Premium Plan: Unlimited hashtag generation and copying for ₹59 per month

4.2 Payment Terms

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Payments are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

4.3 Billing and Renewals

• Premium subscriptions renew automatically on the monthly anniversary
• Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Proration may apply for mid-cycle plan changes
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

• Generate hashtags for personal or business social media content
• Use suggested hashtags on any social media platform
• Copy and share generated hashtags
• Access the service from multiple devices

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not use our service to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Generate hashtags for illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our service
• Create multiple accounts to bypass usage limitations
• Use automated tools or bots to access our service
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt our service infrastructure
• Collect user information or data without consent

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

• The HashtagPro service, including AI algorithms, is our proprietary technology
• All trademarks, logos, and branding materials are our property
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our service
• Our intellectual property rights are protected by applicable laws

6.2 Generated Content

• Generated hashtags are not subject to copyright protection
• You may freely use generated hashtags for your content
• We do not claim ownership of your content or hashtag combinations
• You are responsible for ensuring hashtag usage doesn't infringe third-party rights

7. Service Availability and Performance

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or continuous availability
• Error-free operation or bug-free software
• Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or operating systems
• Uninterrupted access during maintenance or updates
• Specific response times or performance metrics

8. Account Termination

8.1 Termination by User

• You may cancel your account at any time
• Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't provide refunds for current periods
• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Account data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy

8.2 Termination by Company

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the service for prohibited purposes
• Pose a security risk to our service or other users

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of generated hashtags
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission or storage

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RKOAD Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our service or violation of these terms

• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Provide 30 days' notice for changes affecting payments or major features

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be resolved through:
